Website Terms

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms govern use of the AllyNow website and beta application. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Beta applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee beta access, availability, timing, or particular features. If you are accepted into the beta, your participation is governed by a separate Design Partner Agreement.

Product information

Product screens use illustrative demo data. Features, workflows, and availability may change during development and may vary by beta wave. Website information is provided for general evaluation and is not a binding product commitment.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit false or unlawful information, introduce malicious code, overload public endpoints, or use automated systems to extract or reproduce site content except ordinary indexing by search engines that follow our published crawler rules.

Intellectual property

The AllyNow name, product interfaces, text, graphics, logos, and other site materials are owned by AllyNow or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, republish, train models on, sell, or create derivative works from those materials.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party hosting, security, and email services. Their availability and policies may affect operation of the site.

Disclaimers

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AllyNow disclaims warranties arising from use of the website or reliance on prototype information.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit about them must be brought in the state courts in St. Johns County, Florida, or, if federal jurisdiction exists, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site and beta develop. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ally-now.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
