Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

AllyNow Holdings, Inc. ("AllyNow," "we," "us") makes AllyNow, a restoration operations platform used on the web and on mobile devices. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information when you visit ally-now.com, apply for our beta, contact us or use AllyNow.

If your company uses AllyNow. Restoration companies use AllyNow to record their projects, crews, time, photos, signatures and invoices. Your company controls that information and decides how it is used. We process it for your company under our contract with it, and your company's privacy practices apply. If you have questions about information your employer entered, contact them first. We will help them respond.

1. Information we collect #

Information you give us.

  • Beta applications and inquiries: name, work email, company, role and type of restoration work, and, if you choose to share them, your branch and project-volume ranges, your goals for the beta and whether you want product and launch updates.
  • Account information: name, email, phone number, role and company.
  • Support and communications: what you send us in messages, calls and feedback.
  • Billing contact details and payment records for paying accounts. If a payment service collects card or bank details, its own notice applies.

Information from using AllyNow. Depending on how your company uses AllyNow, this can include time and attendance records, electronic signatures, photos and document scans (including when and where a photo was taken), notes entered by typing or by voice, receipts, project and property details, and messages.

Device permissions. Some features need access to your camera or microphone. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Turning a permission off may limit the feature that needs it.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, IP address, app version, pages and features used, crash reports and performance data. Section 5 covers cookies on our website.

Information from others. Your company may add your name, contact details and role when it invites you. If your company connects another service to AllyNow, we receive information from that service as your company directs.

2. How we use information #

  • To provide, run and support AllyNow
  • To review beta applications and communicate with you
  • To keep our services secure and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To understand how AllyNow is used and to improve and develop it, including training our AI models and building analytics, using information with personal details removed
  • To send product news and marketing to business contacts, which you can opt out of at any time
  • To comply with the law and enforce our agreements

3. AI in AllyNow #

Some AllyNow features use AI to make suggestions, such as labels, captions or job details. To produce a suggestion, relevant information may be sent to an AI model provider listed in our Data Processing Addendum, and those providers may not use it to train their own models. We may use information in AllyNow, with personal details removed, to train and improve our own AI models so AllyNow works better for every customer. One company never sees another company's information through AllyNow. AI suggestions can be wrong, so users should review them before relying on them. Our AI and Data Use Policy has more detail.

4. How we share information #

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Information in your company's account is shared only as our contract with your company allows: with our approved service providers, at your company's direction, or when the law requires it.

We may share information we control ourselves, such as account, billing, support and business contact information:

  • with service providers that may use it only to help us;
  • with your company, when you use its account;
  • at your direction;
  • when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety and security; or
  • in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We may use, share, sell or license de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to any person, household, device, company, client or property. We commit to keep and use de-identified information only in de-identified form and not to try to re-identify it, except to test our de-identification methods, and we require anyone we share it with to make the same commitment. We do not sell or give information from AllyNow accounts to insurance carriers or third-party administrators unless the company directs us to.

5. Cookies and analytics #

Our website uses cookieless analytics that count things like page views, referring sites, country, browser and device type. They do not store identifiers on your device or build a profile of you. We also use a bot check on our forms to block spam. If we add cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy first, ask for consent where the law requires it, and honor opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

6. How long we keep information #

Information in your company's account is kept, returned or deleted under our contract with your company. We keep information we control only as long as we need it:

Information How long we keep it
Beta applications and inquiries Up to 24 months, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner
Account, billing and transaction records As long as needed to run the account and meet legal, accounting and dispute-related needs
Support and communications As long as needed to resolve the matter and handle any follow-up
Security, device and usage records As long as needed for security, fraud prevention, running the service and investigating incidents
Marketing contacts and preferences As long as needed for marketing to business contacts. We keep a short record of opt-outs so we do not contact you again

7. Security #

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards suited to the information and the risks involved. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights #

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by emailing support@ally-now.com.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, get a copy of it, object to or limit certain uses, withdraw consent, and appeal our decision on your request. To make a request, email support@ally-now.com. We will verify your identity as needed and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights. If your request is about information your company controls, we will send it to your company and help it respond.

To appeal a decision, email support@ally-now.com with "Privacy appeal" in the subject line. We will explain the outcome and, where it applies, how to contact a regulator.

9. Children #

AllyNow is for adult business users. It is not directed to children, and children may not create accounts. Project photos or documents may sometimes include information about a child, such as a child in a property photo. We handle that information only on the company's instructions and under our contract with it.

10. Changes #

We will post changes to this policy and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will give any additional notice the law requires. For our customers, changes that materially reduce their rights follow the notice terms in the Master Subscription Agreement.
