AllyNow User Terms and Acknowledgment
Effective October 8, 2026
You are using AllyNow because the company that invited you ("your company") has an AllyNow account. These terms are between you and AllyNow Holdings, Inc. ("AllyNow"). They apply to every user, whether you have a Standard seat or a Field seat. Your company's own policies also apply to your work.
1. Your account #
Keep your login private and do not let anyone else use it. If your device is lost or someone else may know your login, tell your company right away.
2. Accurate records #
Only submit records that you created or are authorized to submit, and make sure they are accurate. This includes time entries, equipment and material counts, photos, receipts and notes. Never sign as someone else, misstate who did the work, or clock in or out for someone else. If you are authorized to sign for a company or property owner, sign openly in that role.
3. Your information #
Your company controls the information in its AllyNow account and decides how it is used, including for billing, payroll and project records. That can include your name, contact details and role, your time records, your signature, the photos you take, the notes you enter (including by voice), and information about your device. AllyNow handles this information for your company and under the AllyNow Privacy Policy. For questions about your information, contact your company first.
4. Device permissions #
AllyNow uses your camera and microphone only when you use a feature that needs them, such as job photos or voice notes. You can change permissions in your device settings. Turning a permission off may limit the feature that needs it.
5. Working offline #
Work that has not synced may exist only on your device. Make sure your records have synced before you delete the app, sign out or change devices. If a record is missing or you are not sure it synced, tell your company. AllyNow cannot recover data that never synced.
6. Using your own phone #
If you use your own phone, company records may be stored in the app so you can work, including offline. Your company may end your access under its own policies.
7. Pay and employment #
AllyNow is not your employer. It does not set your pay or schedule or approve your time. Hours shown in AllyNow support project records and may differ from your company's payroll. Your company is responsible for recording and paying for all the time you work. If a time record is missing or wrong, tell your company promptly. Nothing in these terms waives any wage or other right that the law does not allow you to waive.
8. Acceptable use and privacy #
You must follow the AllyNow Acceptable Use Policy. The AllyNow Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled. Both are available at ally-now.com/legal, and the versions in effect when you accepted these terms are kept with your acceptance record.
9. Ending access and changes #
Your access ends when your company removes you or its account ends. AllyNow may update these terms and will ask you to accept material changes in the app.
10. Legal terms #
AllyNow is provided to you "as is," without warranties to you personally. To the extent the law allows, AllyNow's total liability to you under these terms is limited to $100. Florida law governs these terms. Questions: support@ally-now.com.
