Subprocessors
Effective October 8, 2026
AllyNow uses these service providers ("Subprocessors") to process Customer Personal Data when providing AllyNow. They are the Subprocessors listed in Annex 3 of the Data Processing Addendum.

AllyNow has a written contract with each Subprocessor with data protection terms at least as protective as the Data Processing Addendum, and remains responsible for their performance. AllyNow requires each third-party AI model provider not to use Customer Personal Data to train its own models.
Changes. AllyNow will email each customer's administrator at least 15 days before a new Subprocessor starts processing Customer Personal Data, and will update this list. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds within those 15 days, as Section 7.2 of the Data Processing Addendum describes.
