Electronic Signature Consent and Disclosure
Effective October 8, 2026
This is the standard disclosure AllyNow shows before a contractor's client signs documents electronically. The contractor's details and requirements are filled in for each project.
The contractor named in this disclosure ("Contractor") uses AllyNow, software from AllyNow Holdings, Inc., to send documents for your electronic signature. Contractor is responsible for the documents and for any notices, delivery and record-keeping the law requires. AllyNow only provides the software and is not a party to your agreement with Contractor.
When AllyNow shows you this disclosure, it names the contractor, the project, and the contractor's contact (phone and email) for paper copies, withdrawing consent and updating your contact information.
1. Your choice #
You may choose to receive and sign records on paper instead. By selecting I Agree after completing the check in Section 6, you agree to receive, review and sign the covered records electronically. If you do not agree, ask Contractor for paper records.
An electronic signature or record cannot be denied legal effect just because it is electronic. This consent does not waive any notice, cancellation period or other right you have under the law for the underlying transaction.
2. What this consent covers #
This consent covers the documents listed below for the project above, and later change orders and completion certificates for the same project, until you withdraw it. It does not cover other projects.
When AllyNow shows you this disclosure, it lists the covered documents and dates, and any other covered records.
3. Paper copies #
You may ask Contractor for a paper copy of any covered record, before or after you consent, at no charge, using the contact above.
4. Withdrawing consent #
You may withdraw your consent at any time, at no charge, by contacting Contractor and naming the project. Contractor will act on it within a reasonable time and then provide future records on paper or another way you agree to. Withdrawing has no fee and no other condition or consequence. It does not affect records already provided electronically and does not waive any of your rights.
5. Copies of what you sign #
Contractor will send you a copy of each signed record, using the delivery method in Section 6, that you can save or print, and you may ask for another copy at any time. Contractor will keep the records for as long as the law requires. Please save or print the copies you receive.
6. What you need #
To receive and keep electronic records, you need what Contractor lists for the project when AllyNow shows you this disclosure.
That list covers the record format and delivery method, the device, operating system and browser or PDF reader you need, the email or other access you need, how to save or print a copy, and a sample record.
Before selecting I Agree, open the sample record the same way you will receive your records, and confirm that you can view it and save or print it. If your records will be PDFs, the sample must be a PDF. If you cannot open, save or print the sample, do not select I Agree, and contact Contractor for paper records.
Changes to these requirements. If a change in hardware or software requirements creates a material risk that you cannot open or keep later records, Contractor will first tell you the new requirements and your right to withdraw at no charge and without any condition or consequence not described here. Contractor will then ask you to confirm again, by opening a sample in the new format, before sending more records electronically.
7. Keeping your contact information current #
Tell Contractor, using the contact above, if your email address or other contact information changes, and include the project name.
8. Your authority to sign #
By signing, you confirm that you are the person named in the document, or that you are authorized to sign for the property owner, company or other party named.
9. Signing record #
Contractor keeps a record of this consent, the documents covered, who signed and in what capacity, the date and time, and evidence of the access check, signature, delivery and any withdrawal.
Acknowledgment #
I have read this disclosure and the requirements above. I opened the sample record and can view and save or print records in the format and delivery method described. I agree to receive and sign the covered records electronically. I understand that I can get paper copies and withdraw my consent at no charge, and that I keep all my rights in the underlying transaction.
