Acceptable Use Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

This policy applies to everyone who uses AllyNow, including customers, their users and anyone who signs or views documents through AllyNow. It is part of the Master Subscription Agreement, the Design Partner Agreement and the AllyNow User Terms. AllyNow may suspend access that violates it.

1. Honest records #

You may not:

  • create, change or submit false, misleading or made-up records, including time entries, equipment or material counts, photos, receipts, vendor invoices, daily field sheets, invoices or backup documentation;
  • sign as someone else, say someone signed when they did not, or misstate your authority to sign;
  • clock in or out for someone else, or record time that was not worked;
  • use AllyNow to support insurance fraud or to mislead a client, insurer, third-party administrator, lender or government agency; or
  • remove or change timestamps, audit trails or signature records.

2. Security #

You may not:

  • access, or try to access, accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use;
  • probe, scan or test AllyNow for vulnerabilities, or get around security or sign-in controls, without AllyNow's written permission;
  • upload malware or other harmful code;
  • disrupt or overload AllyNow, including through automated requests or scraping; or
  • share your login or let others use your account.

3. Content #

You may not upload or share content that:

  • infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
  • you do not have the right to collect or share, including photos or information about people or properties you are not authorized to document;
  • is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory; or
  • includes government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, health records, biometric data or similar sensitive information, unless your company and AllyNow have agreed in writing first. Redact sensitive information that is not needed.

4. AI features #

When you use AI features, you may not create content meant to deceive, try to get another customer's data or AllyNow's system instructions, or rely on an AI suggestion without human review for decisions about pay, employment, legal rights or claims.

5. Commercial use #

You may not resell AllyNow or provide it to others except as your company's agreement with AllyNow allows, use AllyNow to build a competing product, misrepresent your relationship with AllyNow, or use AllyNow to share pricing with competitors or to agree with them on prices, bids or other terms.

6. Reporting and enforcement #

Report suspected violations or security issues to support@ally-now.com. AllyNow may investigate, remove content, suspend or end access, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Where practical, AllyNow will try to notify the customer before suspending its account.
