Privacy Notice

This notice explains how AllyNow Holdings, Inc. collects and uses information submitted through the AllyNow beta landing page.

Information we collect

When you apply for the beta, we collect your name, work email, company, role, primary restoration work, optional branch and project-volume ranges, your beta goals, and whether you chose to receive product and launch updates.

How we use it

• Review your company's fit for an AllyNow beta wave.
• Contact you about your application, onboarding, and beta participation.
• Send product or launch updates only when you select the optional consent box.
• Protect the form, diagnose failures, and prevent abusive submissions.

Service providers

We use Render to host the website and application database, Resend to deliver application notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions are legitimate. These providers process information for us under their own contractual and security obligations.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Umami to understand how many people visit the site, which pages and referring sites bring them here, and how far visitors get in the beta application. Both services are cookieless. They do not store identifiers on your device, do not build profiles of individual visitors, and receive only aggregate, non-personal measurements such as page views, referrer, country, browser, and device type.

Retention

We retain beta application information while it remains useful for evaluating and managing beta participation, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting the service. We periodically review stored applications and delete information that is no longer needed.

Your choices

Marketing updates are optional. You may ask us to correct or delete your application information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing team@ally-now.com. Transactional messages about an application are separate from marketing updates.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, bot verification, request limits, and service monitoring intended to protect submitted information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This business service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through the beta application.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the beta and our practices develop. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to team@ally-now.com.
